Events Overview

All current events are listed on the Events Calendar on this website under the EVENTS tab. Additionally, events can be filtered by category if you are looking for a particular type of event, or by location. If you are signed up for our email list on Constant Contact, you should also be receiving a weekly event email on Mondays which lists events for the current week and beyond. If you are not receiving these emails, check with the Chamber office.

As a Chamber member, you are invited to ALL Chamber events including committee meetings, however, committee meetings may have additional sign-up or commitment requirements.

The short answer is YES. Venues generally require an RSVP from us and prepare food and seating based on that number. Plus, having everyone registered helps to expedite check-in time and eliminates a hold-up at the door, while also allowing our sponsors to be prepared with any materials.

Not necessarily, it depends on the event and your level of membership/sponsorship. The majority of Chamber events have a small fee associated with it to cover the cost on our end for example, where meals are provided. A few of our signature events, such as Golf, Gala, or Women’s Leadership Event have additional costs involved. However, SOME events ARE included in your membership and are free to attend, such as Business Briefings, Chamber Cheers and certain others.

As long as you register using the email address which is listed on your membership, you should see the member pricing clearly marked as an option when registering.

Yes, the majority of events do require advance payment via credit card in order to expedite check-in and ensure event costs are covered. However, in some cases, with larger events and sponsorships, invoicing may be available. Feel free to contact the Chamber for additional options. For your convenience, you may also save a credit card to your member profile for faster checkout.

You may register for any Chamber event by finding the event on our website calendar and clicking the blue “REGISTER” button. Enter the email address you provided with your membership – if your name appears more than once, select the one with the silhouette icon next to it. Select your fee item from the drop-down menu (if there are multiple options) and proceed to checkout. If the Register button is NOT available, it may mean that that registration is not yet open and you will need to check back or watch the Monday emails for that availability.

Once you have completed registration, you should receive a confirmation email, and if there was a payment involved, you will also receive a separate payment receipt email. Your registration is NOT COMPLETE if you 1) have NOT received a confirmation email or 2) DID NOT complete the payment information section on events requiring advance payment. In this case, your seat is NOT reserved and may not be available if the event is sold out. Please check with the Chamber if you are unsure.
